Each flag begins with 1.5-inch-thick knotty pine edge-glued boards. The wood is carefully milled and sanded before 1/4-inch-deep grooves are cut to define each stripe and separate the union field. The flag is then stained and individually finished to highlight the natural beauty and character of the wood. Size of the flag is 13in x 24in.
The sculpted 3D waving design creates realistic depth and movement, while the stars follow the contours of the waves for an authentic dimensional appearance.
