How long does it take to receive my order once placed?

While many of our products are kept in stock and ready to go, some items are made to order and require additional production time. For made-to-order items, we generally ask that you allow up to two weeks for production after your order is placed.

In many cases, your item may be completed sooner. Production times can vary depending on the product, customization, and our current order volume. We take the time needed to ensure each item meets our quality standards before it leaves our shop.

Will my item look exactly like the one featured on the product page?

Because wood is a natural material, each piece is unique. Variations in wood grain, color, knots, and texture may cause the finished product to look slightly different from the photos shown. These natural characteristics are not defects—they are part of what makes every handcrafted Red Barn Creations product one of a kind.
